Need help : Payment processing "Paypal, 2CO, Plimus" in SL

got some money in US paypal account but its not verified, how can i get verify it? ( i dont have damn credit card or web card )

how many days take for get 2CO and Plimus Prepaid Card ?

if i just applied 2CO card, can i transfer funds to 2CO without card (coz i want to pay some money just now?

anyone using these in SL, plz help,,,

i do not recommend signing up with 2co and payoneer if you are not really serious about it. 2co has non refundable $49 signup fees.



Also it has higher fees when using.
