need help : php with mysql

guys, need a big help from a fellow who knows backend developing. I have a php file that need to do my work for the moment. I need to make the sql db as per that to update the html page. can someone guide me to do that or can someone make the db and send me the file? sql tables and queries i have no idea to do that help
