Measure it... u can use the electricity meter. First measure the time for 1 rotation using a 60W bulb (all other electrical items turned off at home). Then, use the PC and measure. U can get the measure for PC by simple calculation -

PC Elec. Usage = 60 * Rotation time for bulb / Rotation time for PC
