its very hard but i'll tell you

1. create text file autorun.inf inside your partition ex. c:\\autorun.inf
2. use your favourite text editor (ex:note pad) and put next two lines in autorun.inf then save & reboot

two lines:
[autorun]
icon=someicon.ico

someicon= your icon or picture
