my friends mobile (NOK 3220) is locked saying "phone restricted" then asking a restriction number. this happened bcoz he forgotten to lock keypad while riding bike with phone in the pocket.dunno wht happened. EMEI 358392 00 200503 0 phone is working with another sim. how can the sim unlocked????(Bcoz i think the sim locked.sim isn't working even with another mobile)
