Need Template to write BIT project Proposal

Hi all , I am a BIT (external)student and I need to know
where to download the project porposal templates free on the internet.

is there are free templates for that ? I'm not talking about Microsoft World
templates. Project proposal templates. Actually it's orgination and it's structure.
and an idea about it. This is my frist time that I'm going to write a project proposal
