I need to know correctly time diffrent between below years and before 1996:05:24,
this is related to government's time change after 1996:05:24.

1. After 1996:10:25............
2. Recent time change in predident Rajapaksha i think year is 2006

As example diffrent between -> 1996:05:24 & 1996:10:25 is one hr.
as same this i need to know yrs, months & dates after 1996:10:25...
