Machan idea is good , but we should also ways try to keep our members rather than ban them, self controlling system is more effective ................ so do good things if somebody insulting you don't take any notice ...... instead of fighting report it to the Admin ..................... 1st time he will forgive you but 2nd time he won't forgive you ........................... I think Elakiri start not for fighting ... this is a community ............ it's all about sharing & helping others ..... so let's behave well
