හිතනවද ඉහළ පාන්තික සල්ලි දීලා ඉගෙන ගත්තු doctors ලා ගිහින් දුශ්කර පළත් වළ සේවය කරයි කියලා..එහෙමනම් රුසියානු උපාධි ගත්තු doctors ලා ඔක්කෝම ඒ පැතිවල ඉන්න ඕන මොකද ශ්‍රේණි ගත කිරීම් වල අගටම මයි ඔවුන්ව යොමු වෙන්නේ.බොහෝවිට ඔවුන්ව යොමු වෙන්නේ දුශ්කරමපළත් වළට

තවත් එකක් MBBS උපාධිය පිලිගත් ආයතනයකින් ලබා ගත්තාම එහි ඒක වලන්ගු බාවය සමානයි..පවුද්ගලිකද රුසියානුද චීනද කියන අදාළ වෙන්නේ නෑ

මුල් පත්වීම internship එක ලබා දෙන්නේ අවම වශයෙන් මූලික රෝහලකට..ඒක දෙන්න අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුද්දක්වත් යනවා...දු.ඒත් ආණ්ඩුවට පඩි ගෙවන්න බැරි නිසා තමයි පත් වීම් පමා කරන්නේ...නැතුව වෙන් එකක් හින්දා නෙවෙ...

there is a thing called private practice established in SL( not GP)..don't you know that..there are so called pvt hospitals too...lol..money is the matter.they pours money.

what makes some one spending awful lot of money..to serve poor

thy cud either go abroad o sty and take wat thy get..
da govenment can deal wit da ppl hu go abroad...

wrong...lol machan there are hundreds of new emerge each year...lots of job oppertunities in pvt section..



m bit lasy here..
well the Gov still recruits RMO, AMO s purely bcos lack of money..
MBBS doctors are hard to maintain..cost with there 5.5 y degree they are very expensive buys... lol

Extra Fact:
Do yo know the total number of psychiatrians in SL out numbered by total number of SL psychiatrians in London...think of that ........why..
