new sri lankan virus?

hi,
There is a program named " Spencer NK" developed by a person named "Pandula Gajaba Kalupahana." This is claimed to be a "pen driver utility" but installs into our computer without our knowledge.
It shows all the features of a malicious program. In fact this has become a nuisance since it is spread thrugh internet cafes..
I tried my best to send a copy but failed.
Is there any computer genius who could find what this program is and advice.

Its not a virus. Task manager akan stop karala spencer keyala search karala teyana tan okkoma deleate karanna

this utility has traits of a virus. So we dont know if its a trojan or a sleeper. Best thing is to remove it.
The way to remove it is to boot the PC using a windows live CD and edit the registry so that this program wont start with the shell and delete it from the system32 folder.
Then reboot the machine.

Yes even my father's PC is infected with it! I sent him an email but no reply yet
But i dunno his intentions seem to authentic. If it was a virus, i dont think he will be stupid enough to include his name, school and all the information. The way the software is created, it looks as if it wants to save us from those nasty pen drive viruses (which is a good cause). The bad side is it installs without our consent and there seems to be no way to stop... so stop it using Task Manager, delete the file(s) related in C:\Windows\ or C:\Windows\System32\... and search registry for everythin related Spenser and delete!
