Communist groups? For ethnic division of a country? 
I thought they stand for the poor.
Tamils, already have a country here- Sri Lanka. If they want their own land, they can always go and stay at Tamilnadu, India. And who are these people who encourage a war? Those who benefit from one. The poor and the disadvantaged (the ones the communisim/socialism/maoists should stand for) are the ones who have to suffer, who have to die, in order to bring some psycho to power.
And it won't be easy for them the next time.
