i dnt knw about ur network in nimb... But if u can try this,
After register 1 account, restart your pc,
then goto command prompt...
then type these commands one by one...

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

after that try to register, if it works, do like this when u want to register new acounts..
