If it was a live DB most probably that data could have been overwritten. I dont know if it was a DB or file storage

This is what i heard regarding this incident.
1- Accused se earns higher salary with excellent beneficial package.
2- According to the se, it was a innocent mistake that paved the way to erasing the data. If the se truly wanted to sabotage the system, he only needed to allow access to a “third party” from a accidental backdoor since sl government web sites frequently gets hacked.
3- It indicates that accused se tried to backtrack from the “data loss”, trying to recover data.
4- The government does not allow any private company to keep government data in in their cloud. Only allow monitored accessibility. ( again, this is what i heard).
5- It’s said that NMRA? (Or another similar government institute) monitors the system 24/7. And how does they failed to report/stop the incident the instance it occurred.
6- Epic alleges that data recovery is not a problem and they would do it.

ඒහෙම call කරල මේක delete කරපන් කිව්වම කරන process කොහෙද තියෙනේ බන්. අපි නන් email එකක් ගෙන්නගෙන එකත් අයෙත් confirm කරල තමයි erase එකක් ගහන්නෙ.

Not a official news, but I saw somewhere Epic has provided the infrastructure with SLT cloud, but has not purchased backup features.

No works with most server providers too. Anyway do they say it was stored with a cloud provider?
Still government intervention can recover it from providers backups

The provider has already given everything for investigation.
