Office Politics - Only for Working Guys

Hi Friends, Need your Help
1. I have a very bad colleague in the office who is making my Job a horrible experience for me.
2. She is not a senior person to me, but a tail carrier.
3. More than what she is doing, she is trying to find what I'm doing and report and get the credit.
4. I do my job well and this has become a big problem for my peace of mind (My bosses are ok).
5. Which make me sick is she is not a Sri Lankan and think she can control everything in Sri Lanka (including our cultural values).

Help me with your brilliant advices, Don't say ignore which is not practical.
Your ideas will give me a better approach in handling this.

Stick up to yourself, confront them eventhrough you may feel uncomfirtable or not calm, Do not keep a hightone since that wont do any good.. But you need to confront and get to know whats really on her head..

These kind of people are there in almost all work places, sometimes they are just a pain in the "you know where"

The best thing is to sort out / prioritize your work and who do you get orders from, if you do your work properly you got nothing to worry, whenever you have meetings with you seniors or bosses update them about the current condition don't let anyone else speak for you.. this is the best way to deal with the problem.

If she ask you to do something that out of your current priorities kindly ask her to get permission from your immediate boss and get back to you with confrimation!

yes as much as you mind your own work.. its your working environment so you cant really mind your business when they are meddling with your business too... make them understand your position!!! Always face your fears
