That first bus is the one currently owned by the Nittambuwa depot I think. Or the same kind. A German made Benz.

These buses were very common around Colombo up to 1975 or thereabouts. All the buses in 174 Borella/Kottawa from Thalangama depot were this model during those days. Apart from that Homagama, Maharagama, Ratmalana and moratuwa depots had Tiger Cubs.

I stand corrected. Yes. That's the bus. I earlier said Benz. The best specimen of this bus is with the German Tech I think. Not sure but a wild guess as I've seen that once or twice. The other one is with the Nittambuwa depot. Anyway I thought the 23 Sri plates belonged to the 80s.
