Oracle 11g is also free.You can download it from Oracle website.But i suggest you to try oracle express. because oracle 11g is little bit heavy for a desktop PC.

eke web interface eka newei, command console eka use karapan.. (Start Menu -> Oracle 10g Express Edition -> Run SQL Command Line)

mamath use karanawa, onema command ekak use karanna puluwan. kisima awlak na. hondata wada..

note pad eke command type karala console ekata copy paste karapan. Commands wala kisima wenasak na.

Mulinma >SQL connect command eka deela DB server ekata log wenna.(username password illawi. give them as usual)
