How to improve Organisational Communication with the help of Information Technology.

I want some really innovative ideas.

Hmmm ....well there are loadz of ways to improve! With the latest (ok wireless is not new but new types of wireless technology keeps poppin up!) wireless technology there is definitely room 2 improve!! Well i've seen the boss contactin pplz through IM!!! well thats simple...hmm what else???

A Forum won't work in an Organisation ne machang...

IM..?? What kinda IM...? You mean using skype or msn ?? or is there any other special IM SWs to use in offices machang

Wireless is out of question machang..

Have to connect 3 offices. So wireless won't work and exceeds the budget as well buddy

If its a LAN no prob ne..
But for a VPN little bit bulky...
And if your using MS solutions for the system...
there are so much options for communications..
like Office Communications Server 2007..
