Don't do that. Its useless. This is old school If you want to show your Bona fide travel status. Every country nowadays has their own travel logs. Even you present your new passport, Immigration knows your travel history. So no point of attaching past passports. Specially in Singapore.

No. it differ from country to country. Some countries still use most common systems like interpol to rely on their security. Some use World passport record bureau database.. Some countries have their own database to identify regular travelers.
