Our power and energy minister mrs. pavitra wanniarcchi gave her approval to a new power plant project, by putting her signature for a record breaking(not so actually) Rs. 540 million. 
Thats the value of her signature and the company which responsible in carrying out the project didn't had any issues in doing like that. Think about the profit which they gonna have with that project.
