you can use anywhere that master cards are accepted. just check for mastercard logo or ask

also if your payoneer card issued by chase bank, it doesnt work on commercial atm's

COM bank withdraw limit eka kiyada?

i think Commercial bank doesnt apply limit for payoneer card. tried maximum 100,000/=

had to do it 3 times since one time i could withdraw maximum 40000/=
