Payoneer provide a prepaid Master debit card, which can load by western-union or through payoneer partner.

with payoneer master debit card you can withdraw cash from any ATM which has mastercard logo, specially from Commercial bank ATM's in sri lanka.

also you can use it to buy things online.

actually payoneer doesnt provide card directly from them, you have to request it from a partner.

i got it from 2checkout.com because im use 2checkout as my payment gateway for my online business.
