when i try to create a paypal account to recive money frm my online earnings , they ask me to provide "Link and confirm your debit or credit card" detail...i dont hv any credit card...wht should i do???...i knw lots of guys hv paypal acc............so plz help me.....hw did u do it?????? and also i want to knw tht hw much of amount paypal charge for the transaction??,and hw cn i convert those paypal money to SLR ????????
