Paypal com bank debit card Help

machnla im thinking of getting in to forex
I have few questions regarding the transactions,please help

1 .what is the maximum amount can be withdrawn from paypal to com bank debit card without being suspended? ( I just made a Malaysian paypal account)

2.how much can I add to paypal from debit card safely?

3. how many times can I withdraw within a month safely?

4.if the paypal got suspended can I use the same card to make a another paypal account ?

You should use alternatives because now paypal is not a good way.
1. $500
2. It depends on your debit card daily limit.. (Noramally 1Lak Per day)

For above things you should maintain a good standing account. Otherwise they will ban you
