PAYPAL HELP NEEDED!!!

Hello

I'm not that familiar with paypal. At the moment I have a Sri Lankan paypal account. I know I cannot receive money to that account. So I decided to create another account as a Malaysian Paypal Account.

Will it be a problem?

If not, can you pls help me to fill out the form?

What should I put for these headings?

Business name -
Address line 1 -
City -
State / Province / Region -
Postal code -
Primary currency -
Category -
Date of registration -
Nationality -
Work Phone -

these details are for a business account. or should I create it as a personal account??

go for a personal account . also you must have a debit(sampath , commercial) or credit card to verify your account ,otherwise you won't able to recover your account
