Can I receive money to a non-verified PayPal Account (CC not added/verified) ? and do Payment using loaded money ?

You mean without adding CC we can use PayPal ?

I just wanna receive some money to PayPal and buy something using them.

as my knolage, sri lankan paypal accounts does not allow to resive founds but some other country can receive found there is no problem with the verification for receive founds,currently i'm using Australian working fine.but i dont know does it allow me to verify cos it have an Australian address.try your self (1 want to tell you one thing today i was tried to buy a domen from godaddy.com but my AUS paypal account does not allow me to buy it because i didn't verify it)

Yea, SL Accounts cant receive .. So I can't buy without verifying ?

you can do get sampath webcard and verify your srilankan paypal account with it.then you can buy any thing using that paypal account.i think its the easiest way to buy

Nah... I have Verified LK Paypal I don't wanna buy..

Just wanna receive money n get something with them
