Well why doesnt Paypal Fully support sri Lanka coz they Allow To Send moeny through Credit Card but we Cant Recieve Any Money ? why Is this whnm Will Paypal fully support sri Lanka So that even We Can earn online ?

The way things happen in Sri Lanka...I guess the commercial banks of Sri Lanka are in frendlier terms with the big shots who make laws... and Paypal won't pay undercuts...
or Govt. wants forign exchange come here and recorded. With Paypal it won't happen... money goes out will be recorded...

i think after verifying by credit card, we can buy items from ebay using paypal account.

is any one know a way to verify paypal account using visa atm card providing by sri lanka banks
