I don't know about Commercial Bank but you can link a HNB debit card to paypal. Before you add your card to Paypal, You have to call HNB card center & ask them to active online payment, usually they make active for 1 week, As I remember it can takes up to 2 days to reach your Paypal verification code to the Bank.

ah really, didnt know that.

but i have done on line payments to dialog via my HNB debit card. Didint know that this can be linked to paypal.
