Get the Foxconn G31MX-K 2.0 Motherboard. most people say it (2.0) Overclocks well.. What abt the VGA ?

Go for the E5200. I personally don't think the 1MB more cache and slightly higher FSB is worth it.

Besides, you get a 12.5 multi if you go with E5200. I'd say E5200 is the best mid-range dual core in SL.

Btw, they're AWESOME overclockers. You can get to 3.33 GHz by just increasing the FSB, no voltage increases needed either !

You planning on gaming with your PC? Then I'd recommend going for a cheaper CPU and going for atleast a 8600GT.

Well.. the E7200's SSE4.1 will give you an edge over the E5200 in Video encoding like stuff, It may come in to play in image/3D rendering too ( AFAIK still not). If you don't care much about overclocking go with the E7200
That doesn't mean that the E7200 cannot be overclocked..
