BAD NEWS

Today some dealers from Colombo called in outstations for E2180 stock availability.Because of the unwanted price droppings and huge competition before the Ramazan festival,All CPUs have been sold so now unity is really low on stock.
The dealer price for E2180 today came on to 8250 where it was the end user price Expect some 250~1000 Rs rise on all CPUs starting from next week.

Changing the disclaimer notice on outstation prices.

I have 3 friends who owns computer shops.(Not like apple selling shops,ones that do 3 PCs least a week and distributors)The argument was to look on the 250Rs selling profit from their side.
Their facts
1.1% tax on all parts
2.Building cost + electricity+water+AC like facilities
3.Work force
4.Transport
5.RMA issues(parts they have to give warranty but actually they dont have coz of user faults)
6.Stock price droppings(say u get E7200 for 15k and now its 12.5k)
7.Tax by local authorities+income tax

So I represented the whole customer side while they defend the dealer side.
I got that their point was true.For example a dealer in say Hambanthota really cant sell a 1000 rs thing for 1100.HE has to stock it ,Its already under not less than 4% tax and .. goes on.

So we finally agreed onthis.

12.5% or less profit on items less than 2500
10% or less profit on items 2500~ 10000
8% or less profit on items 10000 ~20000

You just have to remember that local resellers also undergo much trouble and they too have families depend on them

Heh, In JEDEC memory standards DDR2 has DDR400.But when specifying It usually has become a ritual to say like DDR2 xxx.For DDR,DDR xxx.Besides RAM manufacturers never wanted to make DDR2 400 RAMS.It is a useless thing.Like DDR3 1200.Hope u got what u want.
