When u start my PC.. a window cums sayin connect to th internt or work off line.. how can i stop that? it's spoo annoyin it kep c,in when it closed once!!!

Check the startup folder n the registry entries for Cyberlink thing.I'm sure you have power DVD installed

its like this machngz.... becz i hv internet in this thing it get connected.. but when i disconnect the modem it keep popin up sayin redial for the connection... there is nthing special in the window.. same thiung U get..
