why should you worry about DDR2.. it has nothing do with your RAM which on the motherboard, so go with a VGA which has DDR3 RAM...
9600GT is the best option for you

DDR3 on VGA card has nothing to do with the motherboard.. Motherboard doesn't even know what type of RAM is on the VGA, so no worries... In your own words " The Motherboard supports DDR3 VGAs"

its not a good gaming card. But it will play games like call of duty in better quality with medium res. if you are planing to play crysis, 8600 GT can handle crysis at medium with lowest res. But it will be good for other games such as Assassins creed and NFS etc. ( IDK about the Undercover yet!!!), and I think going for a 9600GT will be better, if you are in tight budget. if you can get something like 8800GT, it wil satisfy you. anyway, crysis is a game requiry a damn big graphics power. But you can play other games in good quality with those cards I mentioned
