Phone experts help please

Ok, here's my problem!

I use a Samsung GT C3303K Champ phone and I use a Dialog Prepaid SIM.
From today morning, the phone keeps on restarting repeatedly

First I thought it was a issue with the phone, but, later I removed my Dialog SIM and tried with an Airtel SIM, then phone worked fine without any issues. No restarting issues at all. Then I removed the Airtel SIM and turned on with out the SIM, then also the phone worked fine.

Later again I inserted the Dialog SIM and then again restarting problem comes! The Phone restarts as soon as the it finds a network or just after I send a message (Or as soon as I receive the delivery report)

Now, Is this a problem with my phone or is it problem with Dialog?

Please help!

SIM.. i had the same issue but now works fine..
