phone problem...?

Dear all

I have a serious problem with my phone LG 8380

I can't send sms from it.. it is not a problem of sim. when the sim is set for another phone.. i can send sms..

problem is when i use another sim with my phone LG 8380 ,, then i can again send sms..

I renewed my sim (not number). but the same problem exists.

I can't go mobitel menu also...

Who are the mobile experts...

can u fix this problem for me..

(i have already format the phone.. but in vain..)

Do your mobitel sim sms working fine with other phone?(then your mobitel sim don't have any fault)so could be your LG 8380 & mobitel number having problem when sending sms(just like phone messed up with ur specific number when sending the sms)not sure bro it's confusing...

That can't be virus bro because your phone don't use OS that can install 3rd party softwares,may be your phone's firmware has some bug unfortunately goes with your mobitel number,I can tell u simple plan >>> Just get another mobitel connection with different number

machang even i worked for a leading mobile communication company for 2+ years.. through that expertise, mama ahana prashna walata answer karapan machang.. i'll try to solve it..

1) Is this problem prevailing always ?
2) what is the error message you are getting ?
3) After message fail, do you get charged for that failed sms ?
4) Have you tried "restore factory settings" ?

1) Always yes

2) no error message.. just trying to send but not sending at all... message is just "Sending"... for hrs...

3) Not at all.. i don't get charged.

In addition to that...

I went mobitel arcade and got a new sim bt for the same number.. after that ,for the first time i could access mobitel menu.. i mean could go for submenus of mobitel services.. then i just try to send sms.. then again trying to send.... saying "Sending...Sending..sending..." for hrs..

Then i cancel sending and try to go for mobitel submenu ... i couldn't access... believe me..

THE SAME THING HAPPEN AFTER I FORMAT MY PHONE.. my phone is Lg u8380

soz mate, i got confused, Vygis Flasher for u AND 3650 reset code 4 somebody else asking help on next thread. sorry i made a mistake

trY using my lg service software, or visit your phn service center to reload the fw. might fix ur problem by reflashing FW, NOT 100% SURE THOUGH
