are there any difference in reflashing and formatting .. i have already formatted and reinstalled os..

yep, reflashing will replace da whole system including OS,FS,Bootloader n user data area. lot more than reseting da phn.
also u can change different regions / language / baseband of the phn by reflashing different carrier firmware.
also u can downgrade and upgrade the firmware versions too
search on google for more abt LG firmware update and flasher softwares.

then again DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK me no take no blame if ur phn goes dead.

centre no is taken automatically, it can not be changed. but the no. is correct..
