Directed by David Gordon Green, Pineapple Express movie is about a drug addict Dale Denton who is addicted to the rarest drug named Pineapple Express. His life falls into complete chaos after he inadvertently becomes the sole witness of a murder committed by a dishonest cop and city’s most dangerous drug lord. To make things worse, before leaving the scene, he leaves his quota of Pineapple express there. Later David and his dealer Saul Silver are on the run after the latter, informs him that the rarity of the drug David is addicted to, can lead his pursuers to them. Through out the movie, the two try to ward off their pursuers and are finally successful in the end.
