Places to walk in Colombo

Do any of you know some decent places for a couple to have a nice peaceful evening walk

(without garbage or traffic )
(a nice walk no hanky panky )

some roads like The roads leading to the independent square or the
nuwara wawa rawuma those days etc

Any suggestions?

why not walk all over majestic city in bamba.....

if you go there on the week ends...that is all you will see....

too disgusting for me thou....i would rather go hang out at her place...or invite her to my place....and just chill out....

Colombo is always busy and noisy so i don't think there is peaceful places to walk
