Placing sub woofers near lcd tv.

friend of mine gave me defective lg home theater system with a power circuit problem.i manage to fix it.now its working again.can i place sub woofers near my lcd tv.

Anybody heard sub woofers causing interfearence to led lcd tv.according to what i heard its perpectly fine to place woofers near lcd tv.

do you guys place woofers near lcd tv?

any input is greatly appriciated.
