It's really difficult to trick Turnitin really. Students used to replace the spaces with white text (invisible) , language trranslations etc but Turnitin has improved to detect these. There were other tricks too but cannot be guaranteed to work.
You still can do paraphrasing, and there are tools for paraphrasing too, but the free ones have limitations. Other than writing it yourself or get it written by someone else (many do this using paid services) the options are limited.
