Pls help repair Iron

Hi

If u can identify the electrical/electronic component shown in
attached pic, pls let me know.

It is connected between temperature controller and heating element of
a steam iron.
Actual size is 4mm in diameter and 15mm in length.
Can't see text inside circle before temp rating even with magnifying
glass. Something like 'coc'.
Only other markings are the temp rating 250 degrees celcius, voltage
250V and current 10A.
Note that one end is colored black and other end is colored green.
