Hi, you need to CID unlock (HARD SPL)your touch cruise before flashing any WM6 ROM. other wise the phone will go dead so im here to help

Download the HARD SPL here and follow the instructions. you need to have Microsoft ActiveSync installed & USB data cable to connect your device to pc.

once you finish this process (CID Unlock), let me know by PM or here. i will upload the orginal shipped HTC WWE (world wide english) cruise rom here. so you can flash it to your phone to make it english. ok

HARD SPL - this will help you to bypass the original COUNTRY ID, NETWORK ID LANG ID, check before reinstalling any other os system which HTC has released.

without patching the boot-loader (by runing the HARD-SPL) and trying to reinstall any other rom will kill your device.

so read the attached readme.txt carefuly & hardspl your device. then you can install any language or any version

Please help me : I have just completed CID unlock (HARD SPL) and updated CRUISE_flash_ENG ROM. However, when I enter boot loader (by press Reset + Camera) my screen displays just a moment v2.20 and immediately entering the wm6.1 screen, so I cannot update my radio version and the screen always notices ERROR CONNECTION.

Entering BootLoader - while holding "camera button", press reset

FLASH YOUR RADIO USING MICRO SD CARD

1. Get a MicroSD card that is formatted as Fat32. The card must be formatted as Fat32 otherwise it will not work. It doesn't need to be blank or freshly formatted (but it wont hurt if it is)
2. Find the ROM image you would like to use, normally named RUU_Signed.nbh, and rename it to "POLAIMG.nbh". Depending on the source of your ROM file, it may not be named RUU_Signed.nbh, but just rename the nbh file you obtained to POLAIMG.nbh
3. Copy the file POLAIMG.nbh to the root of your microSD card
4. Plug the card into the phone, then enter boot loader mode by pressing down the Camera button, then using the stylus, press and hold the RESET button at the bottom of the phone. Release both buttons once the bootloader screen appears.
5. You will first see a tri-color screen then the information on the card. Press power button to start flashing.
6. After all these are done, press the reset button located at the bottom of the phone to reset the device.

The procedure can be also used to flash Radio ROM's to your device.
