doesnt have the brains to think that far i guess...So, did you pay the tax and receive your item?
May be the damage to the truck was covered by their insurance.
Few years back I ordered something and it came to Sri Lanka via DHL.
DHL fuckers taxed me a lot for the item. I felt it was too much. I argued with them and they called multiple times but tax remained unchanged.
So I decided to accept the charge and told them to bring the item.
On the way to my house the DHL truck struck one of the street lamp poles and the side mirror was destroyed.
I felt vindicated
I felt justified.
Moral of the story? You can't fuck with God and get away with it.
I never used DHL again. FedEx is far better and much less tax.
No it was special DHL van with wide body I never seen before thats why it struck the concrete pillar.Pretty sure DHL didn't lose a cent because most if not all of their fleet is rented... In which case the owner or the driver would've eaten the damage
IIRC they have a contract with a local renting company which rents to DHL per their requirements, probably more cost effective than maintaining a fleet of their ownNo it was special DHL van with wide body I never seen before thats why it struck the concrete pillar.
