Polarised vs Non-Polarised Sunglasses (When and When Not to)

Didn't watch the video but polarized is not very suitable when you are looking at digital displays etc as the polarized lenses' main aim is to eliminate glare, it could also hide certain colours, or even complete sentences written on a board, or traffic lights etc.
But it's useful to avoid the flashes from oncoming traffic, especially the reflection on glasses. It's also useful for those who want to see under water.
