මේවා කරන අය ඉන්නවද කිරියෙ. ඇත්තටම සාර්තකයිද මේවා?

We once did. Seven of us purchased a land in Gampola area and had several greenhouses. It was profitable but needs a fair effort & skills. One in our group was a retired UN Agriculture Consultant on Hydroponics. He had worked in several countries on large scale projects. We grew tomato, Gherkins and a few other crops.
He had a good high quality seeds and also had friends around who could get these to him.
No problem to sell the produce as he had outstanding orders with all the leading supermarkets.
Downsides are the weather changes and the wild animals like boars. Later on he fell sick, we abandoned the project, sold the land and the greenhouses .
