This is a free country , Well I download around 50GB of media each week! that means 200-250GB per month! SO if there are not hosting sites available then I say good bye to internet! my thoughts exactly. protecting children is the duty of the parents. it's up to the parents to setup firewalls etc. and make safe net for the kids. i think the govt's main argument is that parents don't have the technical know-how and the kids are far too ahead than their parents. well if that's the case then banning the net together with the hosting sites is not gonna do any good. first educate the parents and instruct them to control access in the homes.
