Machan use a use a app like DROCAP to take screenshots of the phone ( but i am not sure of this as may be ur phone should be rooted for this i am using a rooted custom rom so i dont have a big knowledge about rooting maybe someone here can help u on this ....

Yes its a custom ROM ( Core droid )

My device is HTC HD 2 with NAND android Rom
