    Since iphone 4+ users get the updates, looks pretty ordinary to me considering the prize tag one has to pay to buy from apple over a comparable android. Apple owe more than this to their users !

    If the users think like you then why did people buy 5 million iPhones (iPhone 5) with in the first week of sale? That's just the first week and it's a 25% increase from 4S. iPhone targets the average consumers not IT gurus, that's the reason of thier success of iPhones.

    Its all about marketing strategies. apple promotes themselves as certain subculture where carrying an i device makes a person looked upon. but hardware and software wise they are seriously lagging behind. Yes i agree apple is good for the dudes who only want to upload a photo to facebook and chat who are willing to throw their $$$ away. but ppl who value their freedom and want their OS fully customized, ios just aint enough. i seriously used to refute apple's principles on money making where they charge for virtually everything from the users. even connecting to another device. without cydia and jailbraking apple would be nothing. And talking about the stats. seriously ? you do not want me to compare the market share of ios with other mobile OS's. ;)

    1. Looks like you haven't used one that's for sure.

    2. Yes they don't include superfast 1024 core processors like samsung does, but guess what iDevices or thier Macs don't need a 1024 core processor with gillion GB of RAM because the software is pretty much optimised for thier hardware.

    3. Customise is the only word people use when they talk against iOS, apart from that there is a lot it can do. Of course there will be some limitations but it can do a lot more than uploading pics to facebook (may be that's all you have seen)

    4. Yes apple stole and will steal a lot of ideas from Cydia :D

    5. Can anyone beat apples software support? does anyone supports their devices any longer than 2 years. Google does 18 months (not even 2 years). I got my iPad2 in 2011 and it still works just like the first day I got it with the latest firmware.

    6. Finally people want to buy the whole user experience not just a 1024 processor with Gillian GBs of RAM and 8 inch display phone. if they wanted that they would buy a PC or a Mac.

    :yes::yes::yes:

    I'm an Android user.. coz I have a CS background and most of here in this forum..

    Apple just take their heart by fancy icons(UI) and the easy ABC user guides..
