Gosh! 400MHz and 50C?! You gotta be kidding me! You know, power consumtion increases linearly with clock speed. More power consumption = more power dissipation. You are looking at something like 100C :P (kidding....but you need to see how hot it gets in multithreaded prime95...well, I wanna see :D)

    y in core temp it's showing FQY 2333 and in CUP-z it's showing 2000??
    bt in chamithas core temp its showing da speed is only 400 ne?? how come? :):D is it normal??:):D

    Its around 66C!

    What is da frequency stands 4??? I hv a Core 2 Duo E6550!
    But my frequency is 1999.77MHz
    But Sri_lion has da same processor as mine but his frequency is 3395.20MHz

    Why is that???

    Because he has overclocked!

    You can lower than vcore manually, in BIOS. I don't think yours require more than 1.2V at stock speeds. You have t, however, stress test the CPU with OCCT or Mutitrheaded Prime95 to see if the voltage is enough.

    hmmmm... but u had a cooling fan problem... but my lap's fan works fine (i can hear it revs up when heating)... are these temps normal??? :baffled:
