okay ,මම call කරලා බැලුවා. මේ ගොල්ලෝ කියන විදියට මෙතන ප්‍රශ්ණය තියෙන්නේ Policy එකෙලු. පරණ customers ලට අඩු කරලා නැත්තේ එක පාරටම, එකම domain එකකට හැම කෙනාවම දාපු නැති නිසාලු නමුත් දැන් ඒ ගොල්ලෝ sltbb මගින් customers ලා ඔක්කොමව එකම domain එකකට දාලා තනි policy එකක් හදලලු තියෙන්නේ. මේ policy එක apply වෙච්ච ගමන් අදාළ කෙනාගේ speed එක අඩු වෙනවලු (web family නම්) 25GB පැන්න ගමන්. මේකට කරන්න දෙයක් නෑලු. ලබන මාසේ වෙනකම් ඉන්න ලු ආයි speed එක නියම ගාණට එනකම්. මේ කථාව ඇත්තද? :/

Well this is my experience with slt-
First of all I must say that I have had my unlimited ADSL connection with slt for about 6 years or so and I have had no problems with them till now.
In the beginning of this month I noticed that my adsl speed had been greatly reduced.So I called their hot line and made a complaint which they noted down and promised to resolve and call me back by the end of the day.
Because they failed to call me back I called the hot line a second time and made the same complaint again.It was then that I was informed that my speed had been reduced due to excessive usage.When I told them that I had a unlimited line they said that they couldn't do anything about it and that I should meet with and talk to their regional manager.
As I live in nugegoda I went to see their branch manager the next day.He was very uncooperative and refused to hear any of my complaints.When I told him that my connection was unlimited his reply simply was"it is still unlimited but at a slower speed".The only concession he gave me was removing me from the blacklisted user pool,however he told me that if I download over 20gb(5gb lesser than the 25gb allowed to the new limited connections) I will be black listed again.
So the next day I went to lankabell and filed an application for a 1mb unlimited connection.The day after filing the application the lankabell technicians came to my house and set up my new connection.I have been using my new lankabell connection for the past few days and have no complaints as of yet and recommend it to anyone who has been having issues with slt.

Bandwidth Usage එක අඩු කරන්න ඕනේ නම් FIrefox මේක කරන්න
Type කරන්න Addressbar එකේ

ඊට පස්සේ Search කරන්න
network.prefetch-next
ඊට පස්සේ මේක Disable කරන්න.

මේකෙන් කරන්නේ Web page එකකට අපි Visit කරාම ඒකෙන් කියනවා නම් තව අපි Visit වෙන්න වගේ තියෙන site browser එකට. browser එකෙන් කරන්නේ මේක අදුන ගෙන ඒ අදාළ link එකේ webpage එක download කරලා තියාගන්න එකයි එතකොට අපි ඒ site එකට ගියොත් ඒ page එක එවලෙම පෙන්වනවා. නමුත් අපි ගියේ නැත්නම් Bandwidth එක නාස්ති වෙන එක විතරයි වෙන්නේ.. මේකේ සෑහෙන Bandwidth එකක් ඉතුරු කරගන්න පුලුවන් තමන් Browsing වැඩියෙන් කරනවා නම් ඒ වගේම System Performance එකත් වැඩි වෙනවා සාපේක්ෂ ලෙස..
