මගේ complain එකට TRC එකෙන් call එකක් ආවා. ඒගොල්ලො කියන්නෙ SLT එක පාරිබෝගිකයන්ට නොදන්වා කරපු වැඩය වැරදිලු. මේක ගැන සාකච්ඡාවක් ලබන සතිය වෙනකොට SLT එකත් එක්ක තියනවලු. ඒකෙ තීරනය එනකම් පොඩ්ඩක් ඉන්න කිව්වා.
කොච්චර පාවිච්චි කලත් 512kpbs වේගය 128kpbs වලට වඩා අඩු කරන්න දෙන්නෙ නැහැ කියලත් කිව්වා.

මෙච්චර ඉවසපු එකේ තව සතියක් ඉඳල බලනවා.

If you are using SLT ADSL Unlimited Connections and If SLT says that you have Exceed the limit Or TRC said to Limit your Connection.

Call to TRC Now : 0112689345 and do a complain

Meanwhile send a Email to [email protected] about your problem and what SLT says.

TRCSL is now in the process of reviewing ISPs proposals to introduce FUP in unlimited broadband services. No approval has so far been given to any of the operators introduce FUP on their existing unlimited broadband services. The broadband operators are not allowed to apply FUP or any similar traffic throttling mechanism on subscriber services without obtaining a prior approval from the TRCSL.

I have the same problem from january , we also have the unlimited package and we seems to be having super slow speeds .
And i seem to be getting the "Missing license key" thing in the speedtest.net test .
I am having the home package
