If this is seen by the TRC or anyone informing them ask SLT to increase their infrastructure/backbone before introducing new packages or publishing advertisements !!!
They are still having the hardware used in 1990s and starting to boast about high-speed ADSL. They live in a dream and show that dream to ignorant people in Sri Lanka.
When they even cannot handle 512 Kbps how on earth they can give 1 Mbps ???
If TRC have any knowledgeable engineers work that out.
It's understandable to even a grade 1 school child.
It's sad that SLT shows absolute No respect to it's customers & cheat them as fools......!!!

මටත් මේ ප්‍රශ්නෙ තියනව. 1243 කිව්වම කියන්නෙ බලන්නම් කියල. මට දවස් 20 කදි reference numbers 7ක් දුන්න. රත්මලාන telecom regional office එකට ගියාම තමයි (කහදූව කියල manager කෙනෙක්) කිව්වෙ heavy user කෙනෙක් කියල speed අඩු කරල කියල. එයා කියන්නෙ ඊලඟ billing period එකටවත් speed එක reset කරන්නෙ නැතිලු. මේක මම එතනට යනකන්ම කිව්වෙ නැහැ. 1243 එකෙන් හැම වෙලේම කිව්වෙ බලන්නම් කියල විතරයි.

Download speed එක දැන් 20-75kbps විතරයි එන්නෙ. SLT chief network officer ට 13/12/10 දාපු ලියුමට කිසි උත්තරයක් නැහැ.SLT CEO Greg S. Young ට දාපු email ([email protected]) එකටත් කිසි උත්තරයක් නැහැ.

දැන් speedtest.net site එකට යන්න බැරි හින්ද speed බලන්න විදියක් නැහැ.

TRC එකට 14/01/11 (ඊයෙ) ලියුමක් දැම්ම. දැන් බලාගෙන ඉන්න තමයි තියෙන්නෙ. අපිට මේක පාරිබෝගික ආරක්ෂක අදිකාරියට complain කරන්න බැරිද? unlimited කියල මිනිස්සුන්ව රවට්ටන එක ගැන

I ddn't hit dat target yet.

you can't hit even over 100GB target because we cant download 512Kbits/s (64KB/s) constant stream of data long time. average download data rate 50KBps.
